Guided by JC Amberlyn
Saturday, February 29th
All levels. Ages 10+
This course is intended for all skill levels, though someone with at least a basic understanding of drawing will probably get the most benefit from the workshop.
JC Amberlyn will cover basic drawing techniques for drawing both wild or domestic animals and provide some models for students to learn from, ranging from live animals to study skins and skulls. Students will learn about the importance of understanding anatomy.
JC Amberlyn will critique student’s work and offer suggestions on how to improve one’s art. Students will finish the workshop with a greater understanding of animal anatomy, drawing techniques for things like eyes and fur, and guidance on how to continue improving their knowledge and skills after the class.
